Fixed Income Sales - Graduate - 2027

We are looking for a talented graduate with a passion for financial markets to join our Fixed Income business as a Fixed Income Sales Graduate in Sydney.​

The role is suited to a candidate who is resilient and intellectually curious; someone who will enjoy translating complex market dynamics into compelling ideas for sophisticated institutional clients, and exploring the dynamic interplay between macroeconomics, and finance.​

Day to day, you will be exposed to fixed income markets and client coverage across rates and credit, in cash products and derivatives - contributing to our business and gaining practical skills in an exciting commercial environment.​

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline, with strong academic record​

• Graduating in 2026, available to join in early 2027 ​

• Strong communication skills — confident articulating ideas clearly, both written and verbal​

• Commercially curious with a genuine interest in financial markets and the macro environment​

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills​

• Effective collaborator in a team environment​

• Conscientious, reliable, and pragmatic
